Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

Given my background in construction and state Government I am uniquely qualified to represent District 34 and California on our most dire issues.

Water, restoring our allotment in the central valley, increasing storage capacity and replenishing our aquifers, restoring full capacity to our current water storage.

Infrastructure, our roads, bridges, dams and buildings, I am well versed in all these projects from conception to project completion.

Our oil industry, having worked in our local oil fields I know some of the environmental and safety issues at hand. I will work with our oil industry to find solutions, not work against them.

Veteran's, one of  my highest priorities. My father Jesse Samuel Biglay was a Pearl Harbor Survivor. My brother Jesse Biglay, a disabled Vietnam Veteran living right here in Bakersfield. I have a personal interest in veteran's and their welfare. I intend to work with our local veteran groups to support these defenders of freedom.

My job in Sacramento will be to convince other lawmakers that what is good for us in the 34th District will benefit all of California
