My Top 3 Priorities

  • Policy that will help us as people from all walks find a map to success. One example is access to higher education for all.
  • Work to solve our water shed issue, by working with environmentalist, policy makers, and construction companies and submit other ideas that can be cost effective.
  • Protect our environment, and yet allowing for safe use of our national parks and national monuments for all interest.

During my time as a labor compliance investigator I was responsible for over $5,000,000 in audits against contractors violating prevailing wage laws.  Violating these laws directly affect working families in the construction trades.  In the bigger picture it affects our economy, the more they bring home respectfully the more they spend on the economy gas, food, entertainment etc.

One of my cases was against TEG The Environmental Group.  In this case workers came forward with complaints of misclassification.  They were being paid lower wage determination, while performing a totally higher wage rate.  These are the things I want to work to lessen by enforcing the public works arena to create a level playing field for those involved.

Political Philosophy

I am liberal and like progress that helps create a better way of living.  I am religious and yet I believe that every individual has the liberty to choose how and why they want to live as they do.  I am not here to judge them; I want to be there to take part in creating a progressive movement for all.

My main concern is that we as people create together the process to help us all succeed.

Prosperity through progress

We need to find the road to prosperity for all, by providing resources to attain those goals of success for all.

I was born in Tijuana, Mexico, lived in a shed as a house, no bed or bedroom to sleep in only a mattress on the floor.  I have come a long way, and want to use my relenting energy to provide the conduit to push agenda that promotes progressive movements.  I want to stay busy getting and giving out information helping our communities stay informed and asking for their help when needed as well.

I would like to lessen the disparities between the poor and those that have multiple resources.  Like the lady who takes the bus to work at Pavilion’s in Monrovia from Los Angeles, and works for minimum wage.  Like the man that works two jobs because he has three kids to feed.  They need resources, like access to higher education to allow them to earn an education and develop work skills that will excel them.
