Employed  in the Legislative arena from 1970 until 2000: Worked in the State Assembly 1970-1983; the State Senate 1983-1994; the Administration (under both Pete Wilson and Gray Davis) 1994-2000 when I retired. 

Worked in the private sector (lobbyist firm) 2000-2004 when I retired again.

Self-employed 2004-present; provide current legislative data  to paying client.

Graduated Cum Laude from Sacramento State 1994 with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Labor Economics.
