Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

As an accountant and Stockton business owner, I pledge to be an independent voice and fiscal guardian by standing up to the special interests that pushed our City into bankruptcy.

During my time as a School Board Member, I worked through extremely difficult financial situations to balance the budget each year. I understand that maintaining a high-quality workforce must be balanced with restoring critical services to our residents. As a Trustee, I provided common sense and an experienced voice to achieve this balance for the district.

Protecting Stockton residents is our City’s top priority. I will fight to make sure the city hires the 120 officers promised to the voters with Measure A. To further combat crime, I will work to manage public safety expenses so our Police and Firefighters get the resources they need to keep criminals off our streets, protect our property, and save lives.

Stockton continues to face challenges that require a firm commitment to accountability. With over three decades of extensive budget experience and a decade of public service, I have the experience to be the fiscal watchdog Stockton needs.

I would be honored to have your vote.
