Protect our water and lower taxes

Summary

Hall has gotten State and Federal Tax Dollars for both City of Hesperia and Phelan and opinion Hills in the amount of 9 million.  He has returned tax dollars to his division 3 by those who wanted to remove grass to reduce water usage.  This is not all that he has done, but he knows that more needs to be done.

Hall has been the main driver in getting the Agency to start buying large amount of water for storage to protect our future, he as worked with State and Federal government to get grants for his Division to better manage the water in his division.  He has worked with the local college to get them funds for teaching the students about water and how to improve the quality of our ground basine.  He has brough new techniknowledge to the agency to improve our management of our ground water in it's clearest understand of what is going on in the ground beneath us.  He has gotten monitoring wells and deep wells to bed rock to understand what our water storage ability and quanity.  This is not all he has done, but he knows more needs to be done and he has the understanding of what is need for our future.
