To reduce emergency/medical response times; reopen two dosed neighborhood fire stations; and increase firefighter/paramedic staffing levels, improving response to multiple emergencies at the same time; shall Apple Valley Fire Protection District's voter approved fire protection/emergency response tax be continued at the rates set forth in the ordinance, providing $4,800,000 annually, until ended by voters, requiring citizen's oversight, independent audits, no money for the State, all funds controlled locally?
