Biography

Dr. Yona Barash isn’t a typical candidate. As a small child, Dr. Barash escaped the Nazi occupation and communist rule to live in a refugee camp in Israel. Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

Washington DC is broken and we need people with real experience to tackle issues facing American citizens today.  I have lived the American Dream and do not see the same opportunity for our youth that I had as an immigrant to this country.  This is why I want to give back by fighting for affordable and quality healthcare, providing opportunity for growth to our small businesses, and working on our complicated immigration system.
