As a parent of three school-age children, former educator and community volunter, I believe in the value of education. My educational background and work experience as an elementary school teacher, substitute, middle school and high school counselor, homemaker and ongoing volunteer wit LJSD schools has givn me the tools to be a voice on behalf of educators, parents and students. When we work tohether as an engaged community, we raise our chidren to be respectful citizens and lifelong learners.
