Biography

Anne is well qualified to serve RSM, receiving her undergraduate business degree from USC. 

She serves RSM residents as Field Representative for California State Assemblyman Bill Brough. 

For 26 years, Anne has owned and successfully operated an award-winning design firm.  

Anne is proud to serve on the City of RSM's Planning Commission and to have served as Chairman – and of all our City has accomplished.  She wants to thank everyone for years of hard work, our City is strong and its future bright.

Anne has been an active member/participant in numerous community organizations, including the RSM Chamber of Commerce, San Francisco Solano Catholic Church, Santa Margarita Catholic High School, Patriot Day, Zero Trash Initiative, Community Associations of Rancho and many youth sports programs.

She is a dedicated, proven, and experienced leader.

Anne and her husband celebrated their 30th Anniversary this year – and for 24 years, as the parents of three children, they've been proud to call Rancho Santa Margarita home.

Our City has a balanced budget; Finished last year with a significant surplus; and We’ve saved nearly $22,000,000 million in reserves.


RSM PROTECTS TAXPAYERS. 

RSM earned the prestigious Government Finance Officers Association Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting.

RSM IS BEAUTIFUL.

We constructed a beautiful new RSM monument sign at the Alicia gateway to our City!

We continue to install enhanced street light fixtures at major intersections!

RSM PROVIDES A SPECIAL QUALITY OF LIFE.

Synchronized street lights to reduce traffic.

Sponsored a popular series of free summer concerts.

Upgraded City’s animal services contract to join local “no-kill” shelter.
