My family has been in Pacifica for nearly 40 years. When I started my family we had to look outside the bay area to buy a home, which we did. As it would happen I am now back, living in Pacifica and very glad to be home.
I am a homemaker by trade. My family is my business and I take my job seriously. In the course of my career I have managed people, time and money, debt, inventory and resources. Conflict resolution, is one of my specialties. Organization and cleaning have become an art form to me. Doing miracles on a non existent budget, is common place.
I am an artist as well and I attended the San Francisco Art Insttitute, the Academy of Art and San Francisco's City College.
I have also spent many years working as a waitress and was a member of local 2. I have worked in many famous local spots- Bruno's on 20th and Mission, Herbs on 24th St, and Howard's on 9th Ave. My waiting experience has given me profound people skills, and has taught me to remain calm under pressure, prioritize issues and to be efficient.
I have three lovely, grown, children. I have been married for 27 years, although the terms of that relationship are currently being renegotiated, we have managed to keep our family home through a perilous housing market and down turned economy. I also care for my 90 year old mother., which has brought me joy and taught me to value the opinion of my elders.
