Pass the Raise Act (meritocracy, vital national worker skills, no welfare, no felonies, e verify). Vetted pathway to citizenship.

Revised Bracero Program for guest workers to expedite processing

Send Job/Peace Corps/Commerce Secretary to Central American countries to implement/execute business growth and trade

Conclude revised NAFTA

Audit all US welfare/school programs to include only US citizens or bill exporting nations for cost of immigrant social programscin US.

Build border walls as necessary. Use drones, electronic tracking as necessary per DHS

Declare national emergency to deploy National Guard to secure borders as necessary
