Biography

A 20 year Tri-Valley resident, Angela Ramirez Holmes has served on the Zone 7 Board of Directors since 2012. She served as President of the Board from 2018-2019. 

Ramirez Holmes is the owner of Alliance Campaign Strategies, a local campaign consulting firm. An active member of the community, she is well known for her work in women's organizations and as a supporter of education. She is the Founder/President of California Action Link for Rare Diseases (CAL RARE), a non-profit advocating for rare disease patients in California. 

A native of Stockton, Angela graduated from Saint Mary's College with a B.A. in Politics and U.S. History. She resides in Pleasanton with her husband and son.
