My Top 3 Priorities

  • Ensure safe, reliable and affordable water services
  • Reduce costs and improve operating efficiencies
  • Expand recycled water program and explore joint projects with water sector agencies

Santa Clara University Master of Business Administration (MBA), Management (1996)
Drake University Bachelor of Science, Chemistry (1990)

I received my Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University and started my career in Environmental Consulting. I have lived in the East Bay for 25 years (San Ramon and Pleasanton).   As a working professional, I bring experience in environmental policy.  I've led capital/construction projects and managed a $400MM dollar annual budget. Through my service on numerous non-profit boards, I'm connected with the community.

My priorities include: clean, affordable and reliable water, strong fiscal policies, accountability and sound management of our water resources. I am impressed by the District's record of protecting the environment, and increasing recycling, and wish to further that mission.  However, I believe more can be done in conservation and energy efficiency to control costs and put the rate paying customer first.

I offer fresh eyes and leadership skills to the Dublin San Ramon Services District, and will proudly serve my fellow neighbors as we move the strategic plan forward into the next decade.
